On deck #12, forward. This is a GREAT place to sit and watch the world go by. As we transited the Dardanelles and the Bosphorus Straits, Carole and I had gathered front and center lounge seats. These gave us a super view for several hours as we passed through the heart of Istanbul on our way into the Black Sea. A narrator/guide spoke on the PA system pointing out the various sights as we passed. Of course, because this cruise was an all-inclusive, pre-paid journey, the staff kept serving up whatever drinks and snacks we wanted ... no additional charge. How many glasses of Merlot does it take to cruise the Bosphorus??
